Lyn Cikara has been coaching Vice Presidents, middle managers and new managers in Fortune 500 companies for the past twelve years. Clients benefit from the individual and group coaching by phone and develop customized leadership solutions suited for their particular teams and management opportunities.

Her specialties are in leadership skill building such as team and staff development, delegation time management, stress management, communication, and management problem solving.

Lyn graduated from Johannesburg's largest secondary institution, University of Witwatersrand, with a B.Sc (occupational therapy) in 1973. She worked for 20 years primarily in mental health, teaching businesspeople who had suffered from stress-related conditions to bring balance back into their lives.

Lyn taught at the university medical school for 8 years in related occupational therapy subjects, trained telephone counselors and other healthcare professionals while raising her 5 daughters. In 1994, she immigrated to the USA with her family where she has continued to work as a manager, occupational therapist, trainer, educator and coach.

In 2001, Lyn graduated from CoachU. She is a member of The Graduate School of Coaching, and The Northern Indiana Professional Coaches Association. She is a Certified High Impact Teaming Coach.
